Each piece is made from high-quality polymer clay, sanded & buffed for a lightweight and smooth finish, assembled using stainless steel components, and disinfected before being carefully wrapped.
Because each piece is handmade, they occasionally have imperfections. Each design is more smooth, and professional as we learn and hone this craft. This is part of what makes handmade accessories so unique!
I love big earrings, but they are too heavy for me. Is polymer clay heavy?
No! Polymer clay is an extremely light material which makes it easy to create large pieces that still remain very light and comfortable to wear.
Do you offer custom designs?

How to take care of my jewelry
How should I care for my earrings and accessories?
Polymer clay is durable, lightweight, water-resistant and the colors will not fade over time. Follow these easy care guidelines to keep your Dress To Finesse earrings in great condition:
- Store earrings and hair clips in a cool, dry place such as a pouch or jewelry box and place them in a container that will not bend during travel.
- It is recommended to remove your earrings before sleeping, showering, exercising, and using sprays and creams including soap, perfume, moisturizer and sunscreen as they can cause damage to the clay and metal components.
How do I clean my polymer clay earrings and accessories?
Polymer clay is made of a porous material and can therefore easily be stained, especially the lighter colors.
To keep your jewelry clean, please use a damp cloth (or an old toothbrush) with a little bit of dish soap in between uses.
If you wish you can also use rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and gently remove the stain/mark. However, take care not to use too much alcohol or rub too hard, as this can remove any paint or varnish applied to protect the earring.
Any pieces that have brass findings may naturally tarnish over time and from handling. They can be brought back to life with a gentle polish using a polishing cloth, vinegar (or ketchup).
Can the jewelry break easily?
Polymer clay is flexible by nature and shouldn't break easily, however any extreme pressure could cause them to break beyond repair. So please threat them kindly, as they are sturdy enough for normal wear, but delicate enough not to endure extreme pressure or bending.
Pieces sealed with UV Resin are stronger and less flexible than simple clay pieces. Be sure not to wear these pieces in a tanning bed, as it may damage the resin.
Delivery and Shipping costs
How long will it take to ship my order?
Ready made - Dress To Finesse strives to ship its regular orders within 4 business days after receipt of payment.
Preorders/Made to Order - have a 2-2.5 week production time before shipping to you. We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
Warning: The current pandemic is difficult for postal services, meaning if you don't choose tracked or insured shipping options to send your gifts, I cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive on time. Once the package is in the hands of postal services, Dress To Finesse cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage made by the courier chosen by the client.

Do you charge VAT?
All prices in our webshop are stated in euros and exclude VAT. There is no VAT applied because of the special exemption regulation for small businesses.

I recently got the Porcelain Fruity Latte Mug with strawberries and I couldn't be happier! I received my KIKI hair clips in a beautifully made packaging and was super happy to try them on! These hair clips fit perfectly and make me feel cute and original!
I have quite thick hair of my own, and have had several hair claws in the past that were not sturdy enough. Thanks to Dress to Finesse, I now have both a nice hair claw as well as one that is very sturdy. For people with thinner hair, I recommend the smaller version :)
